Aire Serv of Fargo

Called Air Serv late in the AM. Furnace was not working. Due to our schedule, asked if they could do a service call in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. They were able to come that afternoon and get the furnace working. Shane was very thorough in his diagnosing the problem. He was very patient in his explanation of the issue. Shane was very professional and personable in his service. Katie, the office receptionist, listened to our issue, contacted the technician, and was able to find a time in the schedule for Shane to make a service call. Would highly recommend Air Serv for future service.

I had a heater installed in my garage almost a year ago to date. They installed some pipe for the gas line and hung up a small heater. A month later I received the bill for around 2000$ which I then sent in the payment. After another month had passed and the payment hadn’t been taken out of my account we called them to ask. They then reassured me that they received the payment and to not worry about it. After waiting another 6 months they called my wife and said they had not received the payment. She told them we sent in the payment and they were going through their business and making some internal changes and they would just look for the payment and to not worry about it again. Now we have received a certified letter saying we have 10 days to pay for it or legal actions will take place. I have never dealt with a company that is so irresponsible with their payments and would not recommend them to anyone. There is plenty of business out there that will do the same quality of work and take your money. They never even had the inspector come and look at their work. I still haven’t heard from the company about the bill.

The service guy got here right on time. An he was very thorough! He went above an beyond his duty making sure everything was in working order an clean. Great service at a reasonable price! 👍👍😊

Had both my AC and furnace checked today. Andy was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, did his work, then talked to me about what he did. Everything was good. I moved to Fargo in the summer of 2021. The house I purchased had all the original appliances that were over 20 years old. After my first summer and winter here, I got bids from 3 different companies to replace the AC and furnace. Joe, from Aire Serv, was the only one who spent a lot of time to explain the options within my budget…pros and cons…and told me why he stood behind Lennox. He’s had many years of experience and I thoroughly picked his brain. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He came over twice and also had several email exchanges with me. I was nervous because this was a big investment and I wanted to make sure I was choosing the best products for my house. I also did a lot of research on my own. Although the 3 bids came in at similar prices, his was a little lower. And I had a good feeling about Joe. He talked to me like a regular person, not a salesperson. He didn’t pressure me at all and I appreciated that. I’m so happy with my choice! I don’t even hear the furnace or AC come on. Lennox is known for being super quiet and efficient. My energy bills have gone down and I’m always comfortable in my home. The very next summer my 23-year-old water heater quit working. I never even hesitated. I called Joe and he took care of it. It’s nice to know I can rely on Aire Serv. I’ve seen their vehicles in my neighborhood so I know many other people have come to the same conclusion. I know I wasn’t an easy customer. Thanks, Joe, for guiding me through the process AND for putting up with me!
